Greater Freedom

Spend less time managing complexity and more time enjoying what you’ve built.

More Wealth. More Moving Parts. Less Time.

You’ve worked hard to build a successful career and grow your wealth—but the financial systems that served you earlier may no longer be enough for the complexity you face today. The challenge isn’t capability. It’s capacity: your financial life now requires more coordination at the same time your career and family demand more of your time and energy. You may see yourself in one or more of these situations:

“I need a clearer financial picture.”

As your accounts, cash flow, and goals become harder to organize, it can be difficult to see what you own, where your money is going, and what you’re working toward.

“I need confidence that the essentials are covered.”

You want to know that investing, retirement planning, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning are each being addressed thoughtfully and coordinated as part of one cohesive plan.

“I need a better way to make decisions.”

Without a comprehensive plan, it can be difficult to weigh tradeoffs, understand how one decision affects another, and know which priorities should come first.

“I want more flexibility.”

You’re earning well, but you aren’t sure what it would take to change careers, work less, or gain greater control over your time.

“I want my wealth to support what matters.”

You want to use your money more intentionally, with a clearer connection between your financial decisions and the life you truly want to lead.

I've been where you are. And I built this firm for it.

For 18 years, I worked as a trader in a demanding environment where complex decisions, competing priorities, and meaningful consequences were part of every day. That experience gave me a firsthand appreciation for the discipline required to build wealth—and the tradeoffs that often come with it.

More importantly, it taught me that financial success does not automatically create clarity, flexibility, or a fulfilling life. Those outcomes require a thoughtful plan that connects your money to the people and experiences that matter most.

I founded Nadell Wealth to help busy professionals and families make that connection—bringing organization, perspective, and coordination to every part of their financial lives.

The Nadell Wealth Process

Building wealth is important. Using it to create a life you love is what matters most.

Many successful people have built substantial wealth but still feel uncertain about the financial decisions that matter most. Their careers have become more demanding, their responsibilities have grown, and their financial lives have become increasingly complex.

There rarely seems to be enough time to step back and ask:

Are we making the most of everything we have worked so hard to build?

That question is about more than investments or retirement projections. It is also about the life you want to create.

How do you want to spend your time? What would you like more—or less—of in your life? Which experiences, relationships, and opportunities matter most? What changes would you make if you felt more confident about your financial position?

At Nadell Wealth, our role is to help you explore those questions, bring clarity to your financial life, and make thoughtful decisions so your wealth supports the way you want to live—not the other way around. By bringing greater clarity, structure, and intention to your financial life, the Nadell Wealth Process helps you make purposeful decisions and move confidently toward the future you envision.

1

Discover

Understand what matters most to you.

Our relationship begins with understanding you. Before discussing investments or financial strategies, we take the time to learn about your family, career, values, priorities, and the experiences that have shaped your relationship with money.

We will explore what is working well, what is creating stress, and what you hope the next chapter of your life might look like. That may include traditional financial goals, but it may also involve creating more time for family, pursuing meaningful work, traveling, supporting the people and causes you care about, or simply feeling less pressure to keep achieving more.

Together, we begin defining what a rich and meaningful life looks like for you. Because before we can create a thoughtful financial plan, we need to understand the life it is meant to support.

2
Organize

Bring your entire financial life into focus.

Once we understand what matters most to you, we bring the many pieces of your financial life together into one clear, coordinated picture. This gives us a deeper understanding of where you stand today, how your decisions connect, and where there may be opportunities to improve.

We also consider whether the way your financial life is currently structured reflects your priorities. Your money, time, and energy are all limited resources, and organizing your finances can reveal where they may be out of alignment with the life you want.

By creating order and reducing unnecessary complexity, we give you a stronger foundation for making thoughtful decisions with confidence.

3
Design

Create a strategy that is built around your life.

With a clear understanding of your goals and a complete picture of your finances, we work together to develop a personalized financial strategy. Your plan coordinates the major areas of your financial life, including:

  • Investment management

  • Cash flow and savings

  • Retirement planning

  • Retirement planning

  • Retirement planning

  • Retirement planning

  • Retirement planning

  • Retirement planning

Together, we evaluate each recommendation in the context of your broader financial picture and the life you are trying to create. We consider not only the financial implications of each decision, but also the tradeoffs involved and how each choice may affect your time, freedom, fulfillment, and peace of mind. The result is a coordinated financial blueprint that reflects your priorities and gives you a clear path forward.

4
Build

Bring your financial plan to life.

A thoughtful strategy is only the beginning.

Together, we turn your plan into a prioritized course of action and begin putting each recommendation into place. We help coordinate the details and guide you through the decisions that arise along the way.

We move forward thoughtfully and deliberately, focusing first on the actions that can make the greatest difference while keeping the process manageable and aligned with your life.

The goal is not simply to complete a list of financial tasks. It is to make meaningful progress toward the life you have envisioned.

5
Live

Use and enjoy your wealth with confidence.

Life does not stand still, and neither should your financial plan.

As your career, family, goals, and lifestyle change, we remain by your side to help you evaluate new possibilities and keep your financial decisions aligned with what matters most.

You may be considering a career change, a sabbatical, a business opportunity, a move, a major purchase, increased charitable giving, support for family members, or the freedom to work less and spend more time doing what you enjoy.

As your financial picture becomes clearer, possibilities that once felt unrealistic or out of reach may begin to feel attainable. You may discover that you have more flexibility, more choices, and more freedom than you realized.

Our role is to help you understand what is possible, thoughtfully evaluate the tradeoffs, and make those decisions with clarity and confidence.

No matter what life brings, you will have a trusted advisor who understands both your financial life and the life your wealth is meant to support.

Our goal is not simply to help you accumulate more.

It is to help you make thoughtful choices about what is enough, what comes next, and how your wealth can give you greater freedom to live well.

Because with an organized financial life, a clear vision for the future, and a trusted advisor by your side, you can spend less time worrying about money—and more time living the life you have worked so hard to create.

A clear path to a life you love.
