1) Discover

We start by getting to know you: what matters most, what is working well, and what is creating stress. Together, we explore your values and hopes for the future—from financial goals to how you want to spend your time. You do not need to have every answer; helping you clarify your priorities is part of the process.

2) Organize

We bring your financial picture into focus by gathering and organizing information about your investments, taxes, income, spending, employee benefits, insurance coverage, estate documents, and other important details. We examine how the pieces fit together, identify gaps and opportunities, and assess whether your financial life supports your priorities. This gives you a clear understanding of where you stand today and provides a shared foundation for building your plan.

3) Design

With a clear understanding of your goals and your financial picture, we work together to develop a personalized financial plan. We consider each decision’s financial implications, the tradeoffs involved, and how it may affect the way you live today and the choices available to you in the future. Together, we establish a clear direction and priorities for action.

We turn your plan into a prioritized course of action and begin putting each recommendation into place. We help you implement changes, coordinate with your other professionals when needed, and guide you through decisions that arise along the way. You know what we are handling and where your involvement is needed, so progress does not depend on you managing every detail yourself.

Ongoing Planning Throughout the Year

Your financial life continues to evolve—and your financial plan should evolve with it. Each year, we will meet for two comprehensive planning meetings: one in the spring and one in the fall. These meetings allow us to step back, evaluate your progress, and focus on the decisions that matter most at that point in the year. Between meetings, we continue working behind the scenes—monitoring your plan, managing your investments, coordinating with other professionals, and reaching out when something deserves your attention.

1.00%
Next $7 million
0.80%
Above $10 million
